The consultation waiting time was wayyyyy too long. They did let me know in advance that there would be a wait, but it was way too long ㅜㅜ I wondered whether they could schedule appointments in a way that shortens the waiting time. The staff were kind, and the director looked a bit tired but gave a good consultation.
