I had lovely canthoplasty seven years ago. Honestly, it is the surgery among all the procedures I have had that seemed to have the least effect, so it is one I regret. For about one or two months after the procedure, there was quite a noticeable effect, so I was happy. Having upturned eyes had been a lifelong complex, and I liked that my impression became softer enough to show in photos. However, once the swelling went down, it looked almost exactly as it had before surgery. I think this is not a problem with the clinic but an inherent drawback of lower-and-lateral canthoplasty; reattachment is just a matter of time. It is a surgery with many complications, including D-shaped outer eye corners, but fortunately, perhaps because Dr. Divine paid attention to the outer corners, there was no abnormality at all in the eye structure. Even I cannot really tell where the scar is. The advantage is that the risk of complications may be lower than with lower canthoplasty at other clinics? (This is my subjective opinion based on my experience.) The disadvantage is that it quickly returns to the preoperative state.. haha; During the consultation, they explained different versions with different degrees or methods of canthoplasty, such as Plan A and Plan B, and explained that Plan B suited my eyes. The consultation atmosphere was kind and comfortable.
