An acquaintance recommended it, so while waiting for an appointment with the representative director at B&Y, I heard that an appointment with an associate director was also available. I requested a consultation with Dr. Kwak Jang-wook through the website and went there first. I waited about 10 minutes, then had a consultation with the coordinator followed by one with the doctor. My nasal bridge is not particularly low, but I disliked the drooping tip and wide nostrils. When I explained this, the doctor immediately understood exactly what I wanted and did a good job identifying my needs. I had visited several clinics for similar surgeries before, but unlike a factory-style clinic that gives only a fixed answer, this doctor decided things together with me while listening to my opinion, which made me trust the clinic and book surgery too, haha. Since they are said to be pioneers in closed rhinoplasty, I do think there are differences, so I decided to trust them.
