About 3 years ago. There was a request for a review, but I declined and somehow got a discount through bargaining. I had hump reduction osteotomy surgery, and the nasal tip was raised with septal cartilage. I told them I wanted something natural, but it ended up more natural than I expected, so I was thrown off... People I met after a long time didn’t know I had surgery, and even people seeing me for the first time didn’t suspect a nose operation at all. Rather than having a sharp hump, the middle of my nose was higher than the tip, so they shaved it down. I do wish they had not shaved it and instead raised the tip a bit more to match the middle of the nose. Still, the flaws I felt before were improved, so I’m happy.
