At first, the consultation manager seemed a bit older than those at other hospitals, maybe in her 40s...? So maybe that’s why she seemed to listen more seriously. But I did feel like there was some lip-service, like exaggerated compliments about my looks just to make the patient feel good. Anyway, I liked that during the consultation she took photos and explained everything one by one in such a detailed way. I was able to ask the doctor everything I wanted, and it felt good not to be rushed.
