The director doesn’t have a particularly warm or friendly expression, but there’s no air of authority, and she consults thoroughly. The time with the counselor is short (after the director’s consultation, the counselor explains the cost and aftercare), and the director’s consultation is long. There’s no hard selling at all, and she explains anything I’m curious about really well. The staff also don’t have especially warm voices or expressions, but it doesn’t feel unpleasant. The overall atmosphere of the clinic is a bit gruff. They don’t pressure you into surgery, and I even saw them tell some customers that certain issues can’t be fixed with surgery or send them back saying they still wouldn’t be satisfied. In any case, I felt it was a trustworthy clinic. But these days so many clinics have very friendly staff, so I felt a bit disappointed in the service.
