Consultation for first nose surgery They clearly said what could and could not be done. It felt like they considered the doctor's priorities and safety more than the patient's needs. They were firm. But that doesn't mean they were rude. I had gone after reading that the consultation manager was rude, but I didn't feel that at all. They just explained only what was necessary and kept it neat.
