The doctor's expertise and kindness were quite good.. They suggested using donor rib cartilage, but I wanted autologous costal cartilage, so in the end I didn't choose this place.. At first the director was all gentle and sweet, but once it seemed like I wouldn't go here, on my way out they turned totally cold~~ The staff are definitely not great.. If I'm going to come multiple times for surgery and procedures, it's kind of a problem if they're not friendly.
