The director isn't especially kind, but they're not rude either. It just felt like they were speaking to me person to person? There was nothing uncomfortable about it. The staff were just so-so and all reasonably kind. The hospital was smaller than I expected, which surprised me, but strangely it actually felt more trustworthy than those huge mega-hospitals ..ㅋㅋ There is a 10,000 won consultation fee, but it was not a bad experience. Oh, and even though I had made a reservation, I still waited 20 to 30 minutes.
