The doctor was warm and friendly. However, unlike what I had seen in other posts, instead of pinpointing just one specific direction and giving clear guidance, it felt more like they were giving the patient options. That part was a little disappointing. But maybe that's just how honest they are. Still, I wanted the opinion of a doctor as an expert, and I don't think that need was fully met. The consultation director was kind too, and overall it was a clinic that put me at ease.
