The director explained everything in detail whenever I asked a question. They consulted me while showing photos of various cases, so I felt less worried about the surgery. After the consultation with the director, I met with the manager, and they were kind. I still haven’t decided whether to go ahead with the surgery, but I’m still thinking about it.
