I had fat grafting before, and after that I had filler, including Ellansé, filled in once a year for the sunken areas. They explained in detail that it would be difficult to make the area where Ellansé was injected and the filler-clumped areas perfectly flat. They said the upper part of the forehead would need to be incised, and there might also be an additional incision in the middle of the forehead where the clumped area is. I really wanted to do it, but I'm hesitating because of the price ㅠ
