I went for a consultation and overall I was satisfied! Here, the director saw me first, and then the consultation manager saw me after that. When making the appointment, the staff responded quickly, and the time management was good so I could go in right away without waiting. The director didn't push any unnecessary surgery and answered my questions well. I had a lot of questions, and they answered each one. (The director seemed a little lacking in social skills, so if you're hoping for emotional empathy, don't expect it.) But I really liked that they didn't lie and didn't try any sales tactics. I was very pleased with the honesty. For me, a hospital just needs to be good at surgery, honest, and provide good aftercare. The director saw me first, and I talked about pricing with the manager. There are so many places where the manager acts like a doctor and says, "You need this, you need that," right? Here, the doctor handled the medical consultation and the manager was clearly separated into the other parts, so they didn't boss me around, which I really liked. It's a one-doctor clinic, not crowded with people, well managed so there was no waiting, and they only did what was really necessary, which I liked (no CT scan was taken during the consultation). For customers who want foreign body removal, they said they would take open photos and show them directly.
