The consultation started with the manager, then continued with the doctor. The manager was kind and explained things well based on her own experience of having the surgery herself. The doctor came in, looked at the review photos with me, and only explained what lower eyelid fat repositioning is? There was no explanation of what my under-eyes are like now or how they would improve, and then he left.. I didn’t feel like entrusting myself to that doctor... I went for a consultation, but it felt like he didn’t actually consult me and just left.
