They really need to replace the desk staff first. The consultation manager's eyes were so unbelievably ugly, and the uneven double-eyelid line during the whole consultation was so distracting.. The desk staff's faces were too exaggerated, so it made me question the director's aesthetic taste for hiring people like that... I went there only interested in double-eyelid surgery, but suddenly they kept recommending all kinds of things, and it felt like I was being judged on my appearance in other areas too. And after the consultation, the manager kept messaging me on KakaoTalk, and if I didn't reply, she would keep going '' 'Please reply, Mr./Ms. ○○...' until I did... until the next morning.. Sigh... so tiring, so tiring.
