The consultation manager was not great and didn’t explain things properly. They only answered the exact question asked, like what am I supposed to do..? It felt like that. They stayed beside the doctor while the doctor was explaining, then repeated the same thing after the doctor left. The doctor was kind, but I think the explanation didn’t even last 4 minutes? If you don’t ask questions, they don’t explain
