I had revision eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and upper canthoplasty. I went in saying from the start that one side had difficulty opening the pupil, but I ended up with undercorrection on one side. Even after the revision surgery, when I said it was uncomfortable, the director kept saying one-sidedly that if it feels heavy to the patient, then it just feels that way. They were basically saying I should just live with the discomfort. They didn't speak in a way that tried to help the patient understand, so it felt very forceful and I was extremely upset. In the end, the lines on both sides now look pressed down, and I'm looking into re-revision for the ptosis correction. For people who are going for a consultation, this place almost always recommends incision and recommends upper canthoplasty to maintain fixation. As you can see from the reviews, the line is consistently semi to out, and it isn't bumpy. And the doctor is the type who says things like, even if the eyes don't look pretty after surgery, well, that's fine. I also went here after a friend's recommendation, and I regret not looking around more.
