I visited because I wanted to correct my lip asymmetry. Even though I had made a reservation, the waiting time was long, about an hour. After waiting, I had a consultation with the manager and then went straight into the procedure. The manager looked busy and seemed frazzled. I had the procedure after numbing cream, and since people around me said it was one of the more painful ones, I was tense, but the pain was less than I expected. The director was very kind and performed the procedure carefully. My lip asymmetry has been corrected to some extent, so I'm satisfied.
