I was looking into full removal because I was stressed about cartilage showing at the tip of my nose, so I went to Seo Sang-woo Plastic Surgery, which is well known for removals and very active on its blog. The director had a dignified personality and gave honest consultation, and I was satisfied because he was clear about the limitations. It is expensive thoughㅠㅠ
