It's one of the few hospitals that doesn't do grafting, and they've been at the same location for a long time, so I had a high level of trust, but the consultation style could easily come across as a bit authoritarian. I had a lot of questions about this and that, but they didn't explain things. In an old post, they said they use non-dissolving threads, so when I asked whether that was still the case now, for reasons I don't understand, their tone turned annoyed. I was curious whether having to come back right after surgery for an antibiotic injection was because of the non-dissolving threads, but I didn't feel like I got a clear explanation, and I don't know what I did wrong, but that's the impression I got. They're often praised for seeming confident, but to me they seemed very secretive.
