The director opens the removed before-and-after photos cleanly, which builds trust. Instead of giving only positive words, they honestly said that this much is possible, but it would not fully return to the original. They did say that if the bridge looked too wide, lightly shaving the nasal bridge would improve the appearance, though the extra cost was a burden; at another clinic, they said the nasal bridge bone is so thin that shaving it would be meaningless, which made sense to me.. I trust the director's surgical method, but I was a little puzzled by that part.
