They ruined my nose. The shape looks way too old-fashioned and I want to go back to how it was before. Don't get a bulbous nose corrected here. The side profile screams surgery, but the front didn't improve at all and actually became uglier. But there is no sagging at all. Seems like they don't really understand bulbous nose correction. And they brought the nose down and raised it, so the midface view got longer and made me look older.
