I came in for a consultation about removing the nose implant because of deformation after silicone and septal surgery, and while consulting with the doctor, it didn’t match the removal-and-after-surgery method I had in mind, so I just had a good consultation and left. I wanted to remove the septum because I dislike how hard it feels, but the doctor said the nasal tip would be repositioned with the septum, so the consultation itself was fine.
