It did seem a bit cynical, but anyway they answered as much as possible to every question and clearly conveyed what was possible and what wasn't, which I liked. In any case, they specialize in revision surgery and don't seem to spend much money on advertising, which oddly gives a sense of trust... If I were to do it, I think I'd do it here.
