I’m the one person who doesn’t understand why people say the doctor is kind. In fact, the staff and the consultation manager were very kind.. The consultation manager definitely had the kind of warmth that comes from experience And the doctor, how should I put it, felt a bit like an oddball..? He answered mechanically, then showed a slightly irritable side.. He was just cold. But I think the surgery was good.
