I got a consultation because this clinic has a lot of experience and mainly does cartilage repositioning. It seems to be very natural-focused, so if you want an obvious-looking nose it probably won't be a match, but if you want a low, subtle nose you will probably be satisfied. But the cost seems quite expensive
