My friend had amazing results, so I went there. It seemed like it took a while to get an appointment, and the wait time was an hour The consultation manager handled things neatly without any fluff, and the director seemed to do a decent job too, but the detailed explanation felt a bit lacking, and I was disappointed that they only shaped the line once
