I didn't get a consultation here, or maybe I couldn't get one. But the reason I'm writing this here is because I have something to say about the consultation. So I left the rest at four stars kind of ambiguously, and I gave the staff kindness only one star. Something made me angry. I was in a situation where I needed surgery quickly, so I set up the earliest possible consultation date and asked if that was the soonest available. They said they would call me in the middle if a consultation slot opened up before then and that they could see me if something came up, so I called a few times, but I couldn't move it up. That part was normal enough. But a few days before the consultation, they called and said I couldn't come at the time we had originally agreed on and that I should come later. Since it was a weekday, that was the only time I could go, so I got so annoyed that I didn't go for the consultation. Or rather, I couldn't go.
