I was a revision case, and after seeing a friend's friend's nose, that friend had surgery and I decided to get mine done after seeing it. During the consultation, they explained the parts I was curious about very clearly. I wanted something natural, but with a gently pointed tip, and not a semi-upturned shape, but rather a tip that sat a little higher, and they made it exactly as I wanted. It's been about 4 years now, and I'm still so satisfied.
