The amount I was quoted by phone was different. They knew they had given me the wrong information, but kept their mouths shut until I arrived and then gave the ridiculous excuse that they could not contact me because of personal-information issues, lol. The older director smelled strongly, as if he had gone to work straight from sleep without even washing, and he was curt, barely examined me, injected in exactly one spot, and left. When there was a female director, the clinic was kind and affordable enough that even my mother went there with me, but after the representative director changed, both the manager and director became a complete mess. I changed clinics immediately and will never go back.
