I prefer a natural look, but this was so natural that it didn't even show... Before the surgery, when I asked if I could go ahead with surgery without silicone because I was anxious, they got irritated, and I still remember feeling embarrassed. Even after the surgery, when I contacted them because I was anxious and wanted it removed, the staff seemed bothered too.. The shape is no different from before, so I have nothing to say.
