Review

The director and the consultation manager said different things. So my trust dropped a lot. Isn't the director the one who does the surgery? Are you saying the manager coaches the director on what to do? Then who takes responsibility for my face? I don't understand. The director feels trustworthy, but the explanation is a bit vague. The manager explains clearly, but doesn't feel trustworthy. If I say I looked it up in several places and came here, they look down on me and say I only checked online. It feels like they want to lecture me.
