I had the surgery about 3 years ago. It’s a memory I want to forget, so I don’t even search for it and I don’t want to go there, but the nose I had surgery on is still attached to my face, so I can’t forget it. I had a short nose and a upturned nose, and Dr. Yoo Hyun-seok was confident it was an easy case for him, so I trusted him and let him do it. He shaved autologous rib cartilage for the bridge, used ear cartilage, lowered the nostrils, and reduced the alar width, for a total of 5.8 million won. I’m uploading nose photos, but the file keeps not appearing. Because the nostrils were lowered, the nose is also thick, and the alar reduction was done wrong, so the round nostrils became angular triangular nostrils. The short nose stayed the same. I don’t know why the columella was taken out so thickly. They said they’d do AS for the angular nostrils, but honestly I’m scared to trust them again. I did go there wanting a natural-looking nose, but it turned into a bulbous nose. I used to communicate well with the former manager, so I waited as best I could, but the newly changed manager is honestly terrible. The fact that my nose surgery went wrong is such a regret that I developed depression and became socially avoidant, but wearing a mask during COVID made things a bit better these days. I’m also too scared of the director to go back for AS, just thinking about it makes my heart tremble. This is the first hospital where I cried while talking to the manager and left. It’s not pocket change, and honestly, when you trust someone with your face, a prickly doctor is not good. The former manager really helped me breathe just by listening to me when I was in such pain right after surgery. Other than that person, it was all painful memories.
