I had nose surgery about 10 years ago, and within a year I didn’t like the shape, so I had one more open revision surgery as an AS service. The shape improved a lot. I wasn’t able to get a very detailed explanation during the consultation, but that may have been my fault too (I didn’t ask in detail). It seems like they pursue a natural-looking nose shape.
