I had surgery for a low nose, upturned nose, and crooked nose. They do it naturally. Ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and mesh were used. For the mesh and the crooked nose, they planned to open the nose and proceed at the doctor's discretion, with prior consent, so crooked nose correction and mesh were also used. It's been about 3 years since the surgery, so my memory is a bit faded I heard the mesh disappears later. So now that the swelling has gone down, my nose is very, very natural lolllllll. They make everything natural here. So after having it done, there are some parts I feel a little regretful about aesthetically. The tip is blunt, and they don't over-raise it. I want it higher and the tip prettier, but it's round and blunt. And even after crooked nose correction, it seems to bend a little again over time because of daily habits.
