My nose bridge is so low that I went in for a rhinoplasty consultation. The director seemed to have good aesthetic sense. He designed it while drawing the nose line, and caught exactly the feeling I wanted, so that was nice. He also seems to be good at making sure the columellar scar doesn’t show, and this was one of the clinics I thought was good. When I said I was worried that thin skin might let the cartilage show through, he said they could add dermis so I didn’t need to worry. Since my nose is so low and I wanted it raised a lot, the director recommended combining septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated rib cartilage. They also do good scar management in post-op care here, so I recommend getting a consultation.
