The doctor has a nose shape in mind! If you like the before-and-after photos, I think you'll be satisfied. They didn't push anything excessive, so I was recommended no implant. I do feel a little disappointed, but... I think it's better than not having done anything, so I'm just going to be satisfied with it. I guess plastic surgery is something you end up doing with some regrets anyway..
