First of all, the director consultation was way too short, so I felt off. Compared to my expectations, the explanation also felt sloppy. Even if I wanted to ask more questions at my own pace, the manager was standing there and making it feel like I should wrap up quickly. The consultation fee was also 10,000 won. It was disappointing because I lost any sense of what to expect from the surgery. The manager consultation was enough, but if the director consultation isn't sufficient, then well,,,
