They clearly say what can be done can be done, and what can’t be done can’t be done. I asked about nostril reduction and shortening the columella, and they said that surgery would not be suitable for me. They were quite professional, so I trusted them. For revision surgery, if the septum has been used, they seem to recommend autologous costal cartilage.
