They do tend to speak a bit bluntly, but I think that means they study a lot, and I don't think you can know for sure unless you actually undergo the surgery. Still, they have a very strong personality and a very, very fixed sense of beauty, so if it doesn't match, it will be hard. The manager tends to be unfriendly.
