When I went for the consultation, there was no wait at all. It was a weekday and I had booked 20 minutes before closing, so with the manager it ended after just asking where my concerns were, and I went straight into the doctor's consultation. Since my eyes are currently problematic, they told me the issues with my eyes and the solutions, and said the things that couldn't be done couldn't be done and that there were risks.
