The director answers questions really well. They were kind, and I liked that they answered everything without seeming annoyed or uncomfortable. But maybe because I only had a consultation without taking photos or anything beforehand, it felt more like I was asking questions and hearing answers than getting an explanation from the director. The wait was also very long, but I came away with my questions answered, so it wasn't bad. Here they recommended rib cartilage, and donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage were optional. The consultation with the manager felt a little pushy about the reservation deposit, so that part was a bit off. I'm not sure about aftercareㅠ
