At each place I went for consultation, the recommended material was different and the answers were all different, so I still haven't been able to decide. I absolutely did not want costal cartilage, but Director Song suggested trying it with both ear cartilages, and after looking for review photos, it seemed acceptable to me at that level. He is the type to say no when something can't be done, which was a little disappointing. The counselor at the clinic was kind too, and there was a bit of a wait, but overall it felt comfortable. I did all the consultations around and now I think the final decision should be made based on aesthetics + materials, so I'm considering it as one of my top choices.
