The director isn't extremely friendly, but if I have questions, he answers everything. Like I saw in the reviews, there are some parts that don't feel very clear. He says things like it could be this or it could be that... He even tells you about the bad-case scenario, so it can be confusing. Showing similar before-and-after cases was good. He has an academic style, and it doesn't seem like a commercial clinic.
