I'm writing this on behalf of my younger brother, not myself.. There are a lot of doctors.. I think you really have to go with someone whose style suits you well. My friend ended up with a very slim, half-mushroom line. It's been several years and it's safe. I think the line is really important. Wishing everyone success.
