I only had a consultation at first, but they really reflected my needs well. It was my first consultation so there were a lot of things I didn't know, but they explained everything and I could feel that they were trying to make it as close as possible to the shape I wanted. The consultation director felt like they only said the necessary things..,.? The price was high so I put it on hold for now, but I did like the consultation!!!
