Went for a consultation to get eye surgery for my mom, who is middle-aged. The facility is very nice to begin with, and the location is good too. The consultation manager was kind, but didn't feel particularly professional. Still, that doesn't matter; the consultation manager just needs to be kind. The doctor was really, truly kind. They answered calmly and carefully. I was fully leaning toward this place, but I passed because it felt a bit like the surgeries were packaged together (like, you have to do this and that together no matter what), and it didn't feel especially specialized for middle-aged patients.
