My nose is going to be my fourth severe contracture if I do it this time, and another clinic had actually recommended that I go to Goksaem... I always brought my PPT and surgery records to consultations, but most places just skimmed them and moved on, while Goksaem looked at them very carefully, which made me happy, and they also explained my list of prepared questions in detailㅠㅜㅜㅜㅜㅠㅍ여. At other places they all said it would be hard to get as far as my goal, but at Goksaem they said it was possible. Of course, I'll only know after surgery, but they seemed confident, which drew me in. There are so many clinics where the attitude before and after surgery is completely different, but Goksaem seems like it might be okay even in terms of aftercare, so I'm favorably inclined.
