At the two hospitals I consulted before coming here, they said my septum was small and recommended rib cartilage. But here they said my septum was sufficient(?) and I got a consultation for septum + ear cartilage + postauricular dermis. And when I said I wanted to improve my protruding mouth by correcting the nasolabial angle, they reacted sensitively and said it wouldn't work that way, so I'm still thinking about it. Other than that, they explain things well by showing the methods one by one!!
