The doctor was kind, seemed to have a lot of experience, and looked confident too. There was a detailed explanation about lower eyelid recession surgery. Since only one eye needs to be done, the cost is reasonable. I’ve been to several places, and I’m thinking I might get it done here. It would be a bit of a problem if it isn’t corrected in one go and I have to pay again if I need another one.
